Our courses are built to meet the requirements of the state agency that regulates driver improvement education in each state, and approval status varies by state:

Approved and open for enrollment: Missouri, North Dakota, Idaho, and Texas.
Coming soon, pending state approval: Tennessee, Virginia, Florida, and California. These courses are built and under review by the state, but are not yet available to purchase.

If you are taking a course to satisfy a court order, dismiss a ticket, or reduce points, read the questions on your state's course page and confirm with your court or state agency that our course will be accepted before you enroll.

Course length is set by each state: North Dakota and Tennessee are 4 hours, Texas and Idaho are 6 hours, and Missouri and Virginia are 8 hours. You can complete the course at your own pace over as many sessions as you like — your progress is saved automatically.

You'll need a computer or mobile device with internet access, a valid email address, and a credit card for payment. Some courses may require additional documentation based on your state's requirements.

Yes! Our courses are designed to work on computers, tablets, and smartphones. Your progress is automatically saved, so you can switch between devices and continue where you left off.

Don't worry! Our AI assistant will help provide you with all the relevant materials and explanations to help you pass the final exam. You would have to actively try to fail!

Upon successful completion of your course, you can immediately download a digital certificate. Some states may require you to take further action to register your completion of the course. You can also check the course specific FAQs below organized by State.

There may be state specific refund policies. In general though, we can offer a refund if you cancel within 24 hours of enrollment and haven't started the course. Otherwise we reserve the right to reject any refund requests.

No hidden fees whatsoever! Unlike many other providers who add surprise charges for certificates, processing fees, or "premium" extras we believe in complete transparency and any features we have for the courses are included in the price.

Final exam - unlimited retakes at no extra cost. In Virginia, DMV rules limit you to one attempt per calendar day, so retakes happen on separate days.
Digital certificate - immediate download upon completion
Audio narration - every page of the course is narrated, so you can listen while you commute or rest your eyes. Many providers charge extra for this.
Mailed certificate & forms - you can request a physical copy of your certificate and any applicable forms required for us to provide you by your state. The first one is completely free.
Electronic submission - where your state accepts electronic reporting, we submit your completion for you. Some states require you to submit your own certificate to the court or agency; the state-specific FAQs below explain what applies to you.

Industry Comparison: Other providers often charge $15-25 extra for certificates, $10-20 for "processing fees," and additional charges for retakes or support. We include everything in one transparent price.

Yes, we guarantee you'll pass! We're so confident in our course materials and your ability to learn that we offer unlimited retakes of both practice quizzes and the final exam at no additional cost. If you don't pass, you can retake the exam as many times as needed until you do. Our goal is your success, not additional fees.

One state exception: Virginia DMV rules allow only one exam attempt per calendar day for the Driver Improvement Clinic. Your retakes are still unlimited and still free — you simply take them on separate days, and you'll get a fresh set of questions each time.
